HOW TO APPLY:
To apply for a trade account, please submit at least one of the information below.
- Printed business card, or link to your company website.
- State issued Sales & Use Tax Permit, showing the name and permit number of your business.
- Evidence of valid membership in a major design organization such as AIA, ARIDO, ASID, CID, DSA, IADA, IDS, IIDA, ISE and SDSA.
If your company wishes to make purchases net of applicable sales taxes you must also submit:
- State issued Sales & Use Tax Permit, showing the name and permit number of your business.
- Completed and signed copy of the corresponding reseller's certificate naming Bluejay Avenue as the seller.
